High School Graduation--Not my own.

I am a high school teacher. My school graduated the class of 2006 on Saturday. I was their Senior sponsor and got to hang out with them some, but mostly had to make sure they followed the rules. Aren't they are handsome group of young men and women? They are smart too. As you can see there aren't that many of them. I teach at a private parochial school. I love it. When I started teaching at this school right after college, these students were in the 2nd grade. I literally watched most of these kids grow up. Some of them I have taught since they were in the 8th grade. It is always hard to see them go, but how can I be sad? They off into the big world. And they have so much talent and optimism and so much to look forward to--congratulations guys! Posted by Picasa

You don't look old enough to have watched these kids grow up! I can see why you might feel a little nostalgic, even at a happy time like this.

Thanks puggyspice! I am in my mid-thirties. I am told that I don't age. I guess that's okay, unless it happens all at once some day.
